January 2, 200719 yr All my RuneScape life, I've wanted a Santa. So, here is my blog to get a Santa. :P Ever since I've joined RuneScape, the most amount of money that I've had at one time is 135k. Now I'm at 125k after buying some armour. My goal is 25mil. The title is "Bars to Santa" because I'm smelting steel bars and selling to my perm buyer. Pics Starting Skills: Starting Bank: Starting Combat: 45 So, I will write my daily blog in this post. : Day One -- January 1st Starting Money: 135k Ending Money: 142k I started with 135k today. Coming up with this idea. I've planned it all out, I've got shops open and perms buyer just waiting for my products! :thumbsup: First, I started with Mining coal to make steel bars; I eventually bought an addy pick because I lost it...again. #-o I spent 10k out of boredom. I met some people while mining, we had a few competitions, I won 3 but lost the other 2! It pays to mine every day all day. Got to 52 mining at Barbarian Village! After a little more mining and smithing, I decided I want a rune pick. Just my luck; 38 attack. So I'm in the stronghold of security fighting minotaurs and wolves. I died in the Stronghold. :shock: Didn't really lose anything except: - 900 Iron arrows - 50 Bronze Arrows - Left Skull half - Cape - 178 gp - 3 Coal Not a big loss...I went there with only 3 coal so I guess I'm fine. Only a 578 gp loss. I smelted some steel bars and sold them to the boss for 19.5k plus more ores. Up to 142k now. : I decided to sell my 200 lobbies for 40k+....But...I ran into a scammer...He put up 1 mil, than put up copper ore and charcoal than switched the money to 10001. Luckily I caught on and reported him. :wink: 5 Minutes later...another scammer...Here's how it happened: Scammer: folo 4 1m *People follow the scammer* Scammer: Now, I have 1 mil and you guys start betting for it *Scammer shows 1 person the "money"* *People bet for 30 min* Scammer: Okay, I'm determining the winner... *Scammer waits 1 minute so no one can report him and logs out* Everyone starts fighting and blaming me for it because they wouldn't listen to me...I kept saying "It's a scam" but no one listens... Than I mined for the rest of the day. Day Two -- January 3rd I'm gonna make the rest of my days short and sweet. Starting Bank Pic I've began to harvest Big Bones for big money; I've been ganged up on in the wilderness once today...and a guy tried to attack me but I saw him and logged out. I'm going to try and make 20 runs of big bones, so if you see me in the wilderness...people don't attack me. :ohnoes: I was attacked again! I lost 27 big bones! :x Now...I'm planning to take 2 lobs each run... But I'll make up for it... Letter to Santa Dear Santa, It's been a while since we've last met. In this time I've decided that I want a Santa Hat. I'll wear red all of the time when I get a Santa Hat. I'm asking for 25 million gp next Christmas; I'm warning you so you are ready. (each) Thanks, I've planned it all out so it works perfectly. Mining and smelting are my favourite skills so I won't get that bored. : I'm selling the bars for 500 ea, I sell by the 500s. (250k per load)
