If I were to make a guide for Tip.it ,could I use maps from webite freely or would I need permission first?

i would think you could as long as you say its there by putting there logo on it or something, as long as it doesnt look like your trying to say its yours

They've got "Tip.It" watermarked on there to protect it, but I'd say just for a nice touch, give 'em credit for providing such excellent maps.
