I don't want to train at hills, its to crowded, same for al-kharid guards.

i asuem that you are F2P player, tehn it would be chaos dvarfs for you. ( sell the keys, sell teh keys!...)

yep tehy spwan in wilderness, buit not deep you could easily dodge off pkers and you are truly strong enaught for them, just take some food to keep your health stabe and your strenght will do everything that has to eb done.

Use the shantay guards south of al klarid. It's F2P too. They are in level 21.

I recommend using the guards in Varrock castle.

NO! Use the shantay gaurds, They are better. No one's ever there. 8-)

I'm now in varrock, so i'll try the guards first. Then, i'll try the shantai guards :D

Shantay guards spawn too fast.. guards hit hard.. use ghosts (25 hp) max 2's or elemental mages (25 hp) in dhide they barely hit you. once you need more hp i'd say moss giants or something. Maybe the skeles above ghosts in melzars maze(doesn't require def to start DS)

Mintaours are good. They have a low level and drop tons of arrows. You could sell them or use them to raise your range level.
