i was wondering what is everything i need to buy and crystal bow is pretty much out of the question.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have now sara coif....full black dhide.....glory....karils bow and mage short....and snakeskin boots...

Unless you can do the multi hit blood spells, you don't stand a chance. If you use them, expect to spend about 2m on runes, 2m on 5k bolt racks, and 150k on potions (10-15 prayer, sara brews/super restores, and a ranging pot). If you die, you will not lose your stuff.

I agree on all except 2 things:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. The pots must all be super restores, maximises the chance of making to jad with enough prayer points

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. I do not recommend using Karil's Bow, Crystal Bow is much better and cheaper in the long run since you can train with Crystal Bow when its recharge is 180k per.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also use monk robe top for body, you need that prayer bonus. Replace Glory with Unholy symbol. Attack bonus doesnt matter nearly as much as prayer bonus because the monster's def is generally low.

I have Gotten to Jad twice now, died the first time due to slow reflexes after the healers appeared, and the second time, died due to lag :(

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I use:

 

 

 

Guthans until the 180s appear

 

 

 

Dragon hally on the 180s with safe spot.

 

 

 

Crystal bow on the 360s

 

 

 

and have a backup full crystal bow for Jad.

 

 

 

take sara brews for healing and super restores for prayer.

 

 

 

also when ranging I use Proselyte helm and legs, black dragon body, also ava's device gives you +4 to range attack.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With your high range and low def, I'd recommend ranging Everything, since you cant wear guthans.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The big thing to remember since you're only 40 def is stay out of melee range of the 180s, also try pick off the 90s quickly as their range attack will do a fair bit of damage to you.
