yes the hair shading is very nice,if not done by machine, but the head shape is kinda weird and the face is kinda off too. the nose is a little to much sideways and the eyes are crossed but with a few minor changes it would be good

nose coudl to with a little work, it been bent on its side or sumthing?, and the neck?, kinda looks like its been in a fire, the eays look strange, and the hair is too flat:
