warri0r45
Talk about thier societal structure (and the average role of someone in society), how they were educated, thier political system (if there was some form of voting/democracy [i dont know] etc), and perhaps the average persons earnings and theier job? I dont really know, perhaps this helps, perhaps it dosent. :boohoo:

knives669
You can also talk about the way society was organized, like the upper and lower class. :D
Foooman
Life during war/out of war depending on the country. People's role in their country's government. just some ideas
pro28
A lot of important events happened during that time period: the Scientific Revolution, the Enlightenment, the Reformation, the Thirty Years' War, the Seven Years' War, the War of Spanish Succession, the exploration of the New World, etc. I suggest you look at the Reformation and its effects on the life of the average person in Europe. It seems to be the simplest. It also incoporates social, political, and economic factors.
Devilsdragon
The reformation and the spanish inquisition with the added affects of absolute monarches on the peasants would be best IMO.

Paticularly in a social economic or political category? Something i could throw in my thesis... Not to hard right... You should precise which country you're referring too as well. Not every European countries have the same economy, governmental structure and culture. In that time there's lots of historical fragments that evolved Europe toward the Industrial Age. The Inquisitions, Protestantism, Columbus, the Bloody Marry, and there's loads of topic you can choose within that period of time. If you only need to explain some vague historical things about Europe, then you can just focus vaguer aspects like society, religion, technology and the renaissance. -=Aznhuskarl=- Cleric-=20Cent=- JuggernaughtMore to come... Viktorkrum77
Dang it. If it were Eastern Europe, I could've told you all about the fall of Yugoslavia. Talk about maybe the failing economy of France, or even better the UK. Or maybe about Germany, it's history is quite extensive. Me doing staff.
