January 10, 200719 yr need 41 constrution, and need a workshop room, then talk to the king at the white knight castle second floor, and ask for Kandarin symbol, get a steel or rune kite, use it on your shield easel (level 41 cons) http://kbase.runescape.com/lang/en/aff/ ... le_id=2562 that link is more info
