What quests should I do to get these stats faster.

Waterfall quest, 13750 attack and strenght xp.

 

 

 

Grand tree 18400 Attack, 7900 Agility, 2150 Magic xp

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And yes, I do suggest using either the tip.it or the official runscape manual quest experience pages to find out which quests gives the xp you need.
