January 13, 200719 yr They are dropped by the lvl 133 and 149 monsters throughout the Tzhaar area. I wouldn't call them common or extremely rare (like a d shield off of a skeleton). I'd say it has about the chance to drop as a rune item (except arrows) off of a fire giant.
