Agshlee
Depends on what you are going to do. If you want to stake with it (for example), you should train attack and defence, and leave strength as it is. 99/99 Mage - Achieved 23/07/200799/99 Ranged - Achieved 20/12/200793/99 Defence
dorington
kk but is defence well useless after lvl 70 or does it come in handy? i no attacks rly important nowdays but str is tempting for high hits. my mate said a guy told him to leave def at 70 and get attack up with str Barrows drops: Torags pl8, Torgas legs, Guthans chainskirt

compfreak847
I'd say get strength/attack up. The higher/more often you hit, the faster xp comes, and defense dosen't really matter if you use pest control, full guthans, or train on low level monsters. aznmidget448
What I'm trying to do is bring my attack and strength up to 80 and then bring my defense to 80. This is only because I don't really need food where I train (security stronghold) and therefore defense won't do much. When I get 80 attack and strength, it will be easier to get 80 defense because I will be hitting higher and more.
