January 17, 200719 yr The extra combat experience is a bonus reward which can be skipped by NEVER talking to Daero again. This means you cannot do the RFD Monkey Subquest though.
January 17, 200719 yr No, you don't directly get the defence as reward, BUT, if you, after you finished the quest talk to daero you will get the xp rewards (and thus the defence rewards). So, you can get the dragon scimmy whitout getting the def xp. But you will NOT be able to go back to ape atoll, so you will have to buy the scimmy of other players, and more importantly, you will not be able to do the ape atoll part of recipe for disaster.
