You have to have started Ghosts Ahoy to be able to get into the city. Of course, you have to have done Priest in Peril to get into Morytania, so... Yes.

You have to have started Ghosts Ahoy to be able to get into the city. Of course, you have to have done Priest in Peril to get into Morytania, so... Yes.

 

 

 

Actually, you don't need to start Ghost Ahoy. You just need 2 ectotokens to enter the Port.
