How much does such a ring cost ? And do you need to have certain requirements ?

the ring can be made witha gold bar, a ruby and level 3 enchant (lvl 49 mage, 5 fires, 1 cosmic) they sell 3-5k ea. but you can also use superheat item (43 mage, 4 fires, 1 nature) which always smelts your iron 100%

oh, and each ring only lasts for 150 uses, then it destroys itself

No, The rings last for 140 uses, which is 5 full packs.
