Draynor Manor. Bring a knife along and fletch in to shafts once you have one full inventory of logs.

Your best best is to cut logs, bring a knife with you, and make arrow shafts as you cut.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Since shafts stack, you'll never have to bank.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So it really doesn't matter where.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That being said, in the southwest section of Draynor Manor is the best place that I've found.

i like west of varrok, you cut all trees south, fletch into shafts, cut all th weay north etc.
