January 23, 200719 yr It is incredbiley expensive and each piece can range from 40-75 mil just for one piece of it. Apparntly (not confirmed as of yet to my knowlege) its a 1:1000 clue scroll ratio of getting a piece. Main Account - Max cape achieved 10th September 2011 Noob Account - 2300 total and climbing
