Sure was a long time ago, the red party hat was there. But it had a default stack of 0, so it is not really that. A shop that actually sells the item has a default stock of 1 or more then 1. Oh yes, if you want to keep on rare prices, get someone to sell it to the general store. I bet that the price will be lower then.. 10gp? it had more. than 0..on the hour every hour 1 restocked...
