It is infact a fake...kinda... but we did it ingame but made it look fake. Not a bug. Just try and guess how we did the splash bubbles etc.

Sorry but no real screenshots/footage of RS in Gallery, only fake shots. But really, there really isn't a need for a topic just to talk about a simple visual glitch :|
