can some one tell me the fastest ways to get seweed and sand i am going to do some crafting and need about 200 of ea also wher is a good spot to cook the seweed?

fastest way to get sand is by doing the handd in the sand quest. once you finish, you can go talk to the guy who starts the quest off, and he will give you 80 buckets of sand, delivered to your bank, once a day.

Or, if you've done the Shilo Village quets, there's a few seaweed spawns there, and there's a sandpit there too, there's even a furnace(that you have to pay a few coints to get into=p), so it's a molten glass lovers paradise!

after ya get the 80 sands from the quest (daily) I advise going to karamja

Actually pick a port near a bank, Port Phantasm works good, or pc boat - port sarim, buy it, soda ash, sand, etc from the charter boat, bank, lather rinse, repeat till you gotta world hop for more.
