I myself have 56 construction and have fallen prey to this restriction. I'm just wondering through.. is that 20 rooms on each floor level, or all floors, including dungeons? I don't think there should be a room limit, I'm also constricted by it, and can't remove hardly any of my rooms because they all depend on each other. Noted raw mackerel drop... Wtfh? You'll have to plan your house before you start building it or you will run into the limit pretty quick. I do have a dungeon within the 20 rooms limit.
