January 28, 200719 yr If you're F2P, your only good option really is the Stone Circle south of Varrock, filled with Dark Wizards levels 7 and 20. Usually drops Minds in multiples of 18, and plenty of other runes as well. Sig credit goes to ThruItAll. :D
January 28, 200719 yr I believe you can get alot of minds from barrows chest :P Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
