K well I have a couple questions..number one is what's teh cheapeast-avrg I can get a whip for, and number two, which bank/ where should I buy one & what world?

I would say 1.8m is the average buying/selling price at the moment. Stand in a crowded Seers bank or use the official forums.

Best place to buy it is at the official forums. It shouldn't be too hard to get one for 1.8m there.

and prices are dumb. i hate merchants.

Blame yourself for the lower prices on whips, the more whips there are in runescape, the lower the price will be.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just use official runescape forums for a whip, you'll have 1 in notime for about 1.8 mil.
