Couldn't start killing Dust Devils... I had to start Desert Treasure, so I ended up having to kill a bunch of Dust Devils... Ugh...

Almost done with The Tourist Trap, so I may get to sample some Dust Devils today...

FINALLY killing Dust Devils. I'll try to put the drop log online tonight, but I don't know if I'll have time.

Well, I'm done for the week. Unfortunately I didn't realize how much work I was going to have to do to even start Desert Treasure, and get to the point I needed to get to. But now I'm there, and it's all smooth sailing from here. I finished making the Drop log website, and you can visit it here, or on the main blog at the bottom of the page.

Well the drop log site doesn't work because it's a ".tk" site... Phooey... I'll just put it up on the blog using the "hide" function. No play probably for the next week, and the week after that, but I may get some time during the weekdays.

A little bit of time to play. Perhaps 50 kills...

Good luck buddy. I didn't have any down there, but it's still really good ex per hour, and you can clean up with fire runes, rune arrows, and some other decent stuff.

I'd just like to boast about myself and my soccer team for just a second here though. This weekend we played in league games (far from home, but I'm not going to share where) in a regional league against some of the top teams in the nation. In the first game we played against the 4th ranked team in the US, and tied them 0-0. Then we played some random team, and beat them easily, 2-1. Then in the third game we played the 2nd best team in the US, losing 2-0, but only 1-0 until the last minute. A very close game. Just though I'd share...

Back again after another soccer trip. Unfortunately we didn't have the greatest weekend. One of our defenders got Strep Throat and didn't come, leaving us only 2 substitutes. Then another one... god... The family of one of our players went to this guys house to pick him up and take him. He said he was grounded though, and couldn't leave the house. So, the family that was picking him up just went on their way, and left him there. Then the next day after our first two games, the kid's dad called. He asked how the team was doing, and how his son was doing... Yep... The kid lied so he wouldn't have to go, apparently because his dad gave him $200 for the trip, and he just wanted to keep it. Then when the kid's dad checked back with him, it turned out he had run away, using the money for bus tickets and meeting his friends (and he apparently hangs out with a bad crowd). So now this kid is missing, gone for 2 days now with no sign of him. He's new on our team and hasn't actually been to any of our actual league games. And the league is over. Quite the story I must say...

Time to kill some Dust Devils! I'm going to try to kill 300 today, and 700 tomorrow, giving me 1000 total. This gives me a 1 in 8 chance of getting a Dragon Chainbody, but who knows, it could take 50000 kills to get one...

Hmmm... I read that the drop rate is 1 in 10000 without a Ring of Wealth, and with one it is 1 in 8000. I don't think the drop rate is actually known, but people just make wild guesses at it. For all we know the drop rate could be 1 in 12322.

 

 

 

But that's beside the point... The more I kill, the better the chance I have of getting a Dragon Chainbody. That's what I'm focusing on.
