Rating anyone on any system in this game is over rated. But as far as total levels go, sure. The way that I "rate" people, if I have to, is mostly through their knowledge of tons of different RS topics, and then their knowledge about a few specific topics that they love the most.

I know this won't be fun, but I'm going to make it as least painful as possible by restricting myself to 1-3 hours a day maximum, and still doing lots of other things I enjoy. Well, it's obviously not the best dhally spec possible, but I RARELY ever use the weapon (isn't practical to me), and because it's kind of on a cool monster, I figured I'd post this. And before anyone asks, he switched to melee pray literally the second those hit, so they weren't done with melee pray on.

If you lie to people to try to get them to buy into the item, it's item scamming. Technically, group manipulation should be against rule 4 (cheating) as it is not really in the spirit of the game. However, Jagex hasn't really condemned it and I think they're going to fix it through GE limits, not making it against the rules. But how are mass people buying and selling items on the GE lying to them? You have the GE database and a LIVE GRAND EXCHANGE to see what you're buying for what price. Where's the scam? Just because people are buying or selling something for a price that's soon to be changed either up or down, how is that a scam? That just means that specific player either got a good deal or a bad deal of what they could have if they theoretically knew what the group was doing. Also, to anyone who says solo merching is fine yet group merching isn't.. How do you propose that Jagex separates the two and punishes those who are within a mass group? Good luck. P.S. I don't ever team marchant, I have only solod. (For your rebuttal of my argument, I suppose.)
