First, when I skated through from Suburbia to the School, a PinP came up showing a squirrel (i think) chasing me, and then climbing up a tree. What is the significance of this?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Secondly, how can I get up to the really high places in the Slums and the Capitol? I'm talking about the top of the huge building in the Capitol where there is a skating bowl inside, and for the slums, after I destroyed the factory thing to Main Street, how do I get up the top of the building where "Pain and Points" is situated?

And can't you go through that shoot that you go through with BAM's pro sighting?

Well for the capitol building, you have to keep grinding along the side of the building. There's a challenge that you have to do that. You will end up on the top.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have it for PS2 just to let you know. I'm not sure how different it is but that may be able to help you.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

BTW, what rank are you in career mode?

Oh for capital building, I grinding a side, ollied onto a rail, there was this hump, I ollied off it and landed on top of the Capitol building, real simple actually.
