Did you talk to him in lvl 5 wilderness by the river east of edgeville?

 

 

 

If he isn't there then he is in the chapel in Varrock

iv not spoken to him ever i cant find the fool its well anoying but ill have i look now in the lvl 5 wildy cheers and how do i get into the abyss once iv spoke to him

right soz again iv teleported using varrockaubry this is one of the 3 different locations the wizards tower is the 2nd but weres the third

Northeast corner of Ardougne is third teleportation to rune essence.

Magic Guild also acceptable... I think.

Don't forget the wizard in the basement of wizards tower.
