I am going to rebuilt my house and I've spend alot of time thinking how the best way to built his fundations.

 

 

 

I've finaly come to 1 project of the 14 basic rooms, that I would like to have some comments if I'm doing something wrong on it.

 

 

 

Of course there are rooms need to built like Parlour and Study room... where should I put the rest?

 

 

 

I got 69 construction and my basic project is this:

 

 

 

I'm thinking about putting Study room in 1B, Parlour in 4B and make the games, treasure and other rooms in to the underground.

I don't like the coordinates of the Portal Chamber (7B) and chapel (12B).

 

 

 

If you plan on doing gilded altar in the future then you should have those two rooms connected together by placing them upstairs. Bring the two Bedrooms on the 1st Floor to Ground.

I want 2 portal rooms because you can have 7 free teleports and without Lumbridge tele-portal there is only need of 2 rooms to have them all.

 

 

 

I need 2 bedrooms to have a Butler, sometimes I need him.

 

 

 

Costume room is also very helpfull because it free some bank spaces.

Thx for the tip, but do I need to lightup the burners every time I get in to the house using this process ?

 

 

 

I was thinking about get the Butler inside the chapel, close the door and make the Butler do all the trips for me.

Any1 ?

My Demon butler will not have anything to do with dragon bones. You will need to make the bank runs for bones, and I think your set-up is well suited for this. You can either use portals or glory (I glory to Draynor and tele back to house) and try to have a friend at my house keeping the burners lit for me, saves a lot of time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I am considering removing my parlor and replacing it with a more useful or fun room as I have maxed out the 20 room limit.
