Best time to buy a house would be either when you want to start training construction. Or when you reach 40 mage so you can use the new house teleport spell which comes availeble after you bought your house.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your house is safe to store items in. If you have a bank pin set you need to enter it before you can get in your house.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And no, on a skill that costs 60 mil+ to get 99 in 1k isn't a high cost ;)
