But then again there isn't a pk'n skill so theres no need for one of those... and if party hats are made of paper.. wouldent the lava burn it? I rate the cape 9/10, phats 6/10 (Sortof unoriginality, a little in there just lava phat is too... plain. and used alot for ideas.)
