February 13, 200719 yr I believe he wants all spells to autocast by right-clicking the spells, then selecting the 'auto-cast' option this idea would create... Which, while good in theory, would make training magic way too easy...get an air staff, a bunch of law runes, and auto-cast Camelot teleport? Do likewise with high alching? Just another way to make things too easy for people, and a waste as well.
