Hey, i am a 1 defence pure.

 

 

 

I am willing to get to 40 range, but with me only having 10k, its hard...

Anyways, with only 10k I'd say buy 500 iron arrows get the highest range level you can with pick up the arrows and when you have only 50 left, go to the Stronghold Of Security and train on Level 12 Minotaurs, that drop iron arrows almost ever other drop, so in theory you can stay there for ever.
