February 16, 200719 yr You are missing 60 range (requirement). The quest itself is very easy, even when killing the Mourner. Almost like a repetition of Regicide (coal distilling)... To kill the Mourner just simply hit him once (brings all combat stats to 20), turn on protection from melee, drink restore potion and unleash 4 dds specials. Easy kill.
