Does anyone knows what the fastest way is to get att,str and def exp for f2p?

Well, use the best weapon you can use, train against Moss Giants, Lesser Demons or against various monsters in the Security Stronghold, there isn't much else, apart from doing the few quests that give exp.

Yes, there are some good ones for speed in the first 2 levels.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

...there isn't much else, apart from doing the few quests that give exp.

 

 

 

Train on fast spawning, crowded, lower level monsters.

 

 

 

You can kill almost non-stop without having to stop for food.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remember, you earn exp as HitDone*4

 

 

 

The level of the monster doesn't really matter.

Moss Giants are pretty moderately fast xp if you're in the varrok sewers and on a reasonably full world. They also have reasonably good drops.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But if you want very fast xp with low drops...go with Red Spiders, Mintours, or Giant Spiders in the SOS

Mainly low defense monsters- Level 22 Skeles, Ghosts, Moss/Ice Giants ect. Not Lessers.

varrock sewers. kill zombies repeatly for up to an hour to gain about 30k xp per hour. also a great place for pures

ive been at flesh crawlers for about a week and i get about 70k exp an hour. only good drop are steel arrows, which add up and i use them fairly often when im not training str
