Guam seed...

Just get a guam seed (you can steal them from master farmers) and plant it in a herb patch, they're next to the allotments for regular farming items. You don't need to water herbs but you should check them every once in a while to make sure they're not diseased. If you can do Fairy Tale Pt 1, get a pair of magic secateurs to increase the amount of herbs you get per seed.

Last time i checked, you need to find the appropriate spot, and then do all the usual things to the soil, before putting in the see.
