Granite legs price increased?

Haven't played rs for months, however granite legs used to be 100k, no one wanted them, and their stats blow. So how come they are 1.6M now? Have the stats been increased? Is it just because you can get "full" granite now?

Ever since Granite platebodies came out everyone wanted to try and complete a set. The granite plate, legs, shield and helmet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Since no one really had the legs, prices skyrocketed nearly reaching the price of dragon legs! And yet, granite legs are worse then rune legs. :roll:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just goes to show, people in Runescape will buy pretty much everything. :lol:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edit: I'd also like to say that the monsters that actually do drop granite legs are fairly tough, which is partially the reason they increased in price, the materials to hunt them was quite pricey.

yeah, ive looked at granite and rune stats side by side and rune is better than granite, but granite's harder to get full set yourself i guess, but its kinda stupid if you ask me
