TheAncient Posted February 18, 2007 Share Posted February 18, 2007 Splitbark is a useless set. If you want the defense bonus, stick with chain armor or Verac top if you can afford it (1.7M?). Chain armor gives -15 mage, but it gives substantially larger defense compared to split. Verac top gives -6, and has better defense stats than Rune Plate. So I'd say, if you can't afford Ahrim (which is quite cheap, only like 1.5M - 3 hours of work if you're absolutely broke, top only costs like 750K), go with Mystic.
