well i want to get 99 wcing and i would like to know what u think. Should i cut willows with my rune axe or should i cut mages with my rune axe and get 3mil then buy a dragon axe and procede to cuting willow?

 

 

 

basicly buy dragon axe or just use rune

I've gone from 73-79 Wc in about 10 hours cutting Willows outside Barbarian outpost.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, you may think a d ace would be faster, but i was just cutting with a level 98 wcer with a d axe, and i was banking for often than he was.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rune axes are hawt... Stick with it, and stick with your goal. Im going for it also.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edit: If you also look at the time it could take to cut 3k mage, you could probably get 20-26kwillows.

Willows with rune axe, If you can afford a dragon one, buy it. Because once you get 99 woodcutting you will have a crap load of willows and a dragon axe, just sell the dragon axe, and now you have a crap load of willows and 3m.

Maybe he was just unlucky, its been proven heaps of times D axe works better than a rune.

i think il just cut mages untill i can buy a d axe then cut willows to 99

Good decision, or you could run nats quick for the dragon axe and use it for the willows. You're probably getting frustrated with all these choices. I hope you make it! \

yea, my advice to anyone actively training for 99 wcing is to get a d axe.

I actually have gotten 99 wc. Here is what i did:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cut willows with a dragon axe. D axes are sooooo much better, just pay attention, I lost 2 while playing halo.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Willows all the way, plus then you can get 99 firemaking free!
