change the colour of the drag med, make it more reddy not brown

skin coloures eyes = terrible

 

 

 

chiselled features on a pixel = evil

 

 

 

brown med and axe also...change it to something redder

Make the lips into a moustache =P that's what i thought it was at a glance haha!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And resize the body, not the face. It'll save you time! But other than that you have a good start to it.

OH and the eye, forgot about that! it was hidden!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Just try to convert it into a dominant, serious-looking eyebrow. Don't even try to outline the eye, just give it a pupil. That'll do a lot for it!
