EDIT: Prices right now for whips are around 1.7M-1.75M, not many people will by in seers for 1.8 or 1.9, just because them market has gone down. So be aware that you mite not get a buyer.

The only place i could think of would be Seers in a busier world, but not a busy as world 2.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You'll only ever make a small profit (say 50k) as the price is pretty firm, and if it drops, people tend to know quite quickly.
