EDIT: Prices right now for whips are around 1.7M-1.75M, not many people will by in seers for 1.8 or 1.9, just because them market has gone down. So be aware that you mite not get a buyer. I mean, theres so many whip sellers out there now, if someones buying for a high price, they'll likely get a seller in about 30seconds... The only place i could think of would be Seers in a busier world, but not a busy as world 2.
