I saved last render but it got a error and had to close and i lost it :( I also liked that runed with the double cone mountain in background faded in mist :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

its looking better, definitly better than some of your others. Some tips though:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The was the grass is on the mountain is odd. Try making its min high none, as grass can be on the ground as well. Also, make a rock layer that will have a chance to go ove it all. just make it with some grey layers, and try and not to get it to cover too much, but make it so its noticable.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The font color still needs changing. I think it would look better if it was just a white personaly, and maybe mess with the font some more too. I see you are trying on this, so you will at least get 50k. (although atm i'm not gunna use it)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, i'm going to be gone until sunday, so try and spend some more time on it over the weekend if you can. The surface map is the main thing that needs improving realy. Also a tip for you if your using photoshop that should make it look a load better:

Duplicate it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Guas blur the duplicated Render by px3-5

A while ago i had a sig shop going on. Witty posted in it, saying he would buy a "retierment" sig from me! Well, i was very excited. He was doing it for the same reason, to get me to put more work into my sigs. He knew that money was an object for me. I probaly ended up working like 10 hours on the sig, in the end getting 60k for it :) . However, the sig STILL wasn't finished, and it is posibly one of the longest working time i've done on something lol.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyways, i thought i might as well do this for dj as well. And so far it seems to be working :)

Just try something plain'n'simple. Prehaps Times New Roman.

I think Nadril will agree but the second one looks better now that it's white text. Also, you should try the gaussien blur/soft light suggestion Nad made ;). I get a feeling your starting to improve, or at least will very soon :P.

Go to Layers>Duplicate

 

 

 

Effect>Blur>guassian blur

 

 

 

Go to Layers>Properties

 

 

 

And select the dropdown menu that says blend mode. Choose soft light there..

Oh, and you really need to anti alias your fonts, they look horrible not anti aliassed..
