D scimmy vs whip

Featured Replies

Hi

what is the faster weapon d scimmy or abby whip?

Cheers

whip, but you can only train attack, defence and shared.

there both the same speed. whips stronger + more expensive.

The Whip is probably a minute amount faster, but nothing too special. It does have a better strength bonus though, so that means hitting higher, and more exp per hour.

The problem is that you can not train strength by itself with the whip, which you can with the dragon scitimar.

Abby whip

The Abby whip or the "Abyssal Whip" is a more damage-concious weapon than the d scimmy. It is also considered the best weapon in RuneScape. You can train attack and defence and shared xp. But not strength sadly.

D Scimmy

The D scimmy or the "Dragon Scimitar" is a pretty good overall weapon. It can train strength unlike the abby whip but it isn't as damage-concious.

I would pick the abby whip. Even though it's more expensive, it's the best weapon in RuneScape by far in my opinion.
