ignore him he's just messin with ya, in response to your question, I don't know I doubt anyone has ever done enough castle wars without doing the dragonslayer quest, you might wanna Pm Axemanjack and ask him cause if I remember correctly he was a lvl 126 before he did dragon slayer

but I didn't meant the cw gold armor, I mean the gilded armor you get trough treasure trails (some people also call full gilded full banana)

I have always assumed since it is gilded rune armour that it would have the same requirements as a regular rune plate, but I don't know for certain. Good question, I hope someone who knows for sure will post :)

is guilded the 1 that is all gold if it is i think you dont need to do d slayer but u do for and other rune armour (ZAMMY SARA GUTHIX)

Thats the one, and yes you do need dragon slayer because it is just another type of rune armour.
