Cdub
My taskbar's bigger, in that all of the icons look like they're on a lower resolution. There's a thin blue bar above and below the taskbar, and the clock now displays the day under the time. I didn't change the resolution on my computer, and couldn't find any way to fix this in the taskbar menu. Help please :)
dsavi
Okay, I'm not sure about this, but maybe your computer slipped somehow into easy-view, high contrast mode? If you go to properties->view there's an opton for visually impared people to put the taskbar -and icons- into high contrast so that they're easier to see. Also, maybe your graphics accelerator is messed up? I'm no expert on this kind of thing :) , but it might just be it.
Darrel104
It doesn't sound like an "graphics accelerator" problem or a contrast problem. Don't sue me for asking but is this the problem you have been having? Has a lot of things similar to your description. If you do have this problem then you can left click with the mouse on the "little blue bar" and hold the mouse button down and drag it down in size. Then you can right click the moue when it is over the task bar and a white menu will pop up. Now click on "Lock the taskbar". Now your problem should be solved.
