smobo
Current combat stats: attack: 67 strength: 63 Defense: 60 Hp: 66 I am getting all three of these to lv 70. I am f2p, and training on ice warriors and ice giants.I wear full rune, cape , stronghold boots, dvambs , and a str ammy to train. Since this will take quite a while, I want to make it efficient as possible. I was wondering: 1. Will my Hp be 70+ when my def,str and att are all 70+?. 2. Is strength ammy the way to go, or is power ammy better? 3. What order should I train my stats in, or should I just be training in "controlled" until my defense reaches 70? Got his first skill cape April 7th 2009, at lv 121+12 cb and 2000 total
PhelimReagh
Power amulet is better. No need to raise your defense any higher. I would work on strength exclusively from now on. Once you get that to 99, start on attack. High strength owns high attack. In theory it shouldn't matter, but in reality, it does.

You can always use a calculator :ohnoes:
Goobore
Current combat stats: attack: 67 strength: 63 Defense: 60 Hp: 66 I am getting all three of these to lv 70. I am f2p, and training on ice warriors and ice giants. Monsters that high tend to take longer to kill and require you to use more healing food. ...I wear full rune, cape , stronghold boots, dvambs , and a str ammy to train. Of course, Kite shield and Rune scimmy. Since this will take quite a while, I want to make it efficient as possible. That's partly because the high level monsters that you picked aren't the best choice for leveling. The guideline is: Hi level for good loot, Low level for fast training. You earn exp based on the Hit that you do Exp = HitDone*4 The level of the monster doesn't matter, so you may as well train on something that doesn't hurt you. That way you can kill quickly in order to get the fastest possible exp. I was wondering: 1. Will my Hp be 70+ when my def,str and att are all 70+?. If you leveled Def, Str, and Att all to 70 then your HP level would be 70.32 2. Is strength ammy the way to go, or is power ammy better? I suggest a power amulet instead of the Strength amulet. Also, get yourself some 4 dose Strength potions. They cost 5 gp from the apothecary in Varrock. Bring him a limpwort root (common drop from hobgoblins) and some red spider eggs (ground spawn at the end of the Varrock sewers and under the Karamja volcano) 3. What order should I train my stats in, I suggest Atk, Str, and then Def. But, it really doesn't matter if you use lower level monsters. or should I just be training in "controlled" until my defense reaches 70?I suggest training each stat separately. Finally, for fast training, (but poor loot), I suggest that you train in a place with frequently respawning lower level monsters. You want them to respawn quickly so that you can be killing non-stop You want them lower level so that they wont hurt you (much) and you will be able to kill them quickly. That way you don't really need to bring much, if any, food. You can turn yourself into a kiiling machine that just mows down the monsters non-stop for hours at a time. I suggest the first or second level of the SoS. You could try the flesh crawlers or minotaurs. Hope this helps
