March 1, 200719 yr Actually, you just need to begin Regicide up to the Camp to buy Rune Hallies. It's just that after clearing Regicide, you can buy Dragons as well. Owner of Quest Cape since 11/9/2007 23:30! Working my butt off to get it back.
