how would i get on it because i almsot only go on the internet

Start > All programs > Accesories > Paint

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Or right click and "open with paint" the picture you want to open it with.

2 ways, click on start> all programs> accesories > paint

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

or click start > run

 

 

 

and enter in the box " C:\windows\system32\mspaint[Caution: ExecutableFile]"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

then hit enter
