March 4, 200719 yr Hi I just need to know where is the fastest place for me to train my str to about 60-70 that doesnt burn tons of food, i currently have 52 str and 40 att and my combat is 44. I personally prefer scorpions in the dwarf mine because of the fast spawn and low def/dmg, I can hit a maximum of 12 with rune scimmy if that helped... so where should I go?? I'm too poor to afford a sig.
March 4, 200719 yr i would go with hill giants.....they have pretty low def, very close to a fishing spot if you can fish trout+, and drop big bones for prayer/profit (they sell for like 400ea.) Barrows drops: ahrims staff (2), karils coif, karils xbow, torags plate body, veracs helm.

I'm too poor to afford a sig.

The fastest training in F2P is to slaughter constantly respawning lower level monsters. You earn exp according to Exp = HitDone*4 so a low level monster can work well for fast training. A good place for the above is probably the first or second level of the SoS. Wear a Def amulet and get several 4 dose Str potions (5 gp each) to speed things along. Hope this helps
