March 5, 200719 yr training your def wouldn't be to bad as its lower than your attack and str as like mine, id go for killing blue dragon in heros, kill bronze-steel dragons in karumja dungeon, dont forget food, plus the metal dragons can offer some nice rewards like left halfs and legs. im retired now so im not sure what drops what nowdays,been about 2 months...though i still try to help out on tip.it as much as possible... : Popoto.~<3

March 5, 200719 yr train on blue dragons till you get 80 range, selling the hides, and either burying or selling bones for profit. Once you get 80 range, you can look for a DK team and make a really good profit off of them. Barrows drops: ahrims staff (2), karils coif, karils xbow, torags plate body, veracs helm.
