Joomla is best I think but you should try portal system too it create style also. PHPnuke or others

I personally suggest that you try to avoid portals as much as possible.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Joomla is very good. And if you're saying it sucks - I'm willing to bet it's because you couldn't use it.
