I have fought most all of the critters that drop clues - Fire Giants, Hellhounds, Jellies, etc. What are the best to fight to get them the fastest?

 

 

 

I'm 72 slayer. I have only done 3 clues to fruition but loved the 200k gp for 90 min work. Could do them even faster if had more open bank space. LOL

There is no monster that drops clue scrolls faster than other monsters. If I were you I would just stick with monsters that drop the Level Three Scrolls.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: I may have misunderstood, do you want to know what monsters drop clue scrolls the fastest, or which monsters are good experience...?

According to most people, jellies and hellhounds are the 2 best lvl 3 clue droppers. Greater demons also drop a bunch. I'm pretty sure fire giants dont drop clues at all :shame: . If you want lvl 1 clues, you can usually get one in under 10 mins from thieving ham members (ham guards from the BASEMENT after death to the dorgeshun are better, you dont get teled away for failing.) For lvl 2 clues, dagannoths in the lighthouse are the way to go, or city guards.

personally i would say pyrefiends (lv 2 clues) they allways drop me one after like 10-30 kills and there only lv 40 odd :)
